Classic 66 ST

Our Classic 66 ST set is the result of extensive and careful work aimed at recreating the more forward character of late-'60s Stratocasters, evoking the iconic tone of Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower and Ritchie Blackmore. Plain Enamel wire, grey-bottom fiber bobbins and narrower-diameter Alnico 5 rod magnets typical of the CBS era produce tight and controlled lows, slightly scooped mids and crystalline highs that always cut through the mix. The touch response is immediate and precise, with a clear attack that enhances dynamics and maintains definition even at higher gain levels.
